Anxiety stopped me going to my best friends wedding. Anxiety made me wash my hands till the skin was red raw. Anxiety kept me on the couch day after day. Anxiety made me helpless and hopeless. Anxiety ruined my life. The judge looks stern.

Your normal anxiety has got out of control and turned into an Anxiety Disorder. It was difficult to put my feelings into words and that sent my anxiety up.
